Dear Patients, as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic there continues to be restrictions placed on dental services, as specified by the Australian Dental Association (see https://www.ada.org.au/Covid-19-Portal/For-the-public). From recent Federal Government announcements, Dentists are now servicing under Level 2 Restrictions. This unfortunately continues to place restrictions as defined by the ADA, and limits some procedures. These measures have been put in place to protect patients and dental personnel from the spread of the virus.
Surrey Hills Family Dental Clinic is temporarily closed. We are monitoring developments and are planning to open at a later date in a limited capacity only.
As previously advised, the reception service is still open during Tuesdays and Fridays only. You are also able to leave a voice message. We will be here to provide you advice regarding the best course of action. We will put your details in our list for appointment rescheduling and will advise you of when we are able to return to standard operations.
For dental emergencies, accidents and tooth ache you can still see a dentist. If you are seeking emergency treatment please use the search facility provide by the ADA to find a surgery near you: https://www.ada.org.au/Find-a-Dentist
We regret any inconvenience caused and we appreciate your patience during these uncertain times. We hope to resume normal services as soon as it is safe to do so.
We thank you for your understanding and wish for you and your families to stay safe during these uncertain times.
